Version 9.3.1

Reefpedia with AquaIntel suggesting species for your aquarium, an explanation for every recommendation, and a directory of aquarium stores across Brazil.

New

  • Reefpedia with AquaIntel: get species suggestions for your aquarium. Your current livestock carries the most weight in the analysis, and AquaIntel avoids suggesting species that clash with it, such as clownfish of different species or tangs that compete for territory.
  • "Why?": tap to see how AquaIntel reached each recommendation, factor by factor: livestock, water parameters and tank volume. When data is missing, the app shows what to log to refine the suggestion.
  • Add to aquarium: from Reefpedia, the new livestock entry comes with the species and aquarium already filled in.
  • Find stores (Brazil): browse aquarium stores across Brazil on an interactive map or in a list, with search by name and city, filters by state and specialty, details and contacts. The directory is independent from ReefFlow partner stores, and its listings are marked as unverified.

Improvements

  • Reefpedia opens with a loading placeholder while the catalog downloads, instead of a blank screen.

Fixes

  • "See all" in Reefpedia's Top rated section now sorts the species list by rating.
  • General fixes and performance improvements.

Version 9.2.0

A simpler consultant checklist with private visit reports, more reliable parameter loading, and a choice of measurement units.

New

  • Choose metric or US units, such as Celsius or Fahrenheit and liters or US gallons, without changing existing records.
  • Consultants can check off completed activities, add notes and explain unfinished activities, then complete the visit with a private report.
  • During a visit, consultants can view a summary of the previous visit to the same aquarium.

Improvements

  • Parameters load more reliably, show measurement dates, and keep the latest available readings visible during refreshes or temporary connection issues.
  • Consultancy synchronization is improved when the same account is used on multiple devices.
  • The aquarium planner simplifies plumbing choices and includes a PDF link in the prepared WhatsApp message for sharing the project with Adyo.

Fixes

  • Animal photos respect the selected main image and photo order.
  • Specific gravity in water tests preserves the relevant decimal places.
  • Fixed a failure when displaying text with emoji, including names, avatar initials and content previews.

Version 9.1.2

Improvements

  • Prophylaxis treatments show the linked coral, with its photo when available and access to its details.
  • Dip product inventory integration: when enabled, it lets you confirm treatment consumption and automatically deduct it from the bottle, with an insufficient-stock warning.

Fixes

  • Aquarium age in the Community is now correct and matches on the feed card and the aquarium page, as do type and volume.
  • Water tests are always saved to and shown on the right aquarium, including the automatic Journal entry.
  • Opening the app selects your main aquarium automatically, and archived aquariums are no longer picked by mistake.
  • In consultancy, entries a consultant makes on a client's aquarium now belong to the client's Journal, and clients are only notified about tasks their consultant created.
  • The Journal no longer shows stray errors after switching aquariums, the Community feed loads normally even when one card has invalid data, and your parameter preferences are no longer replaced by defaults.
  • Improved treatment history and dates, warnings when the next reminder cannot be created, and a retry option when coral details fail to load.

Fixes

  • After sign-in and email verification, existing accounts return to Home without repeating initial setup.
  • Fixed aquarium parameter selection, ordering and display, including history and headings for freshwater tanks.
  • Products created while adding tasks now appear correctly in inventory.
  • Notification and location permission prompts no longer overlap, check existing permissions and respect the choice to postpone.

Version 9.1.0

A redesigned consultancy workspace, daily fish quarantine tracking, and improvements to tests, the catalog and the Aquarium Journal make everyday care easier.

  • New consultant workspace: organize clients and aquariums, view your weekly or monthly schedule, and plan one-time or recurring visits.
  • Keep a record of each visit: use checklist templates, log materials, add photos and create maintenance tasks for the client during the visit.
  • My consultancy: clients with an active consultancy can see upcoming visits, browse past visits and completed visit summaries, and track their assigned tasks.
  • Fish quarantine: create support tanks linked to your main aquarium, set up a protocol step by step, and log tests, observations and notes in a daily timeline.
  • A disease guide and tracking for fishless periods in your main aquarium, together in the quarantine area.
  • Start quarantine with one active observation protocol on the free plan; advanced methods, photos and simultaneous protocols are part of Premium.

Improvements

  • A more useful test history: tap a result to open its details and filter by 7, 30 or 90 days, or choose a custom date range.
  • Product search in the catalog and inventory now combines words from names, brands and tags, in any order and regardless of accents.
  • Reports, language selection and About the app have a refreshed look that matches the home screen.
  • ICP imports organize elements into the correct categories, and laboratory reference ranges have clearer labels.

Fixes

  • The Aquarium Journal now displays your edits to automatic entry headlines and text, and Night Edition keeps the theme menu readable.
  • Specific gravity ranges saved as 1025 to 1027 are interpreted as 1.025 to 1.027, preventing incorrect test alerts.
  • The test form once again respects your selection of visible parameters in preferences.
  • Your profile photo updates after saving, without duplicate previews, and the achievement counter stays up to date as achievements unlock.
  • On Android, the image cropper's confirm and cancel buttons remain accessible below the system status bar.
  • Aquarium type confirmation for older tanks is saved correctly, and AquaIntel recognizes the update.

Version 9.0.0

ReefFlow now fully supports freshwater: create freshwater and planted tanks with their own parameters and ideal ranges, hundreds of species to log, and a health score that explains every dimension of the grade.

  • Freshwater and planted aquariums: pick the right type when creating a tank and the whole app adapts, from ideal parameter ranges to each type's colors and icons.
  • Freshwater parameters with ideal ranges per type: pH, GH, KH, temperature, nitrate and TDS; planted tanks also track phosphate and iron.
  • Hundreds of freshwater species in the catalog, ready to add to your aquarium's livestock.
  • Understand your score: tap each dimension of the health grade to see how it is calculated and what weighs on the result.
  • Test kits per parameter: the inventory shows which parameters each kit covers and, when you save a test, stock is automatically debited from every kit you used.
  • Log the test the way you measured it: declare the reading's scale or convention, like NO3 vs N-NO3, NH3 vs NH4 and density at different references, and the app interprets the value correctly.

Improvements

  • Tab names are now always visible in the bottom navigation bar.
  • Density in the hobby standard: shown with three decimals (1.025) and always consistent with the salinity range.
  • Aquariums created on older versions get a guided reconfirmation of the aquarium type, ensuring the right ranges and features.
  • The smart parameter analysis is now called AquaIntel.
  • More text in the app's language: automatic notes from connected devices and partner catalog messages are now translated.

Fixes

  • The analysis card on the test detail screen now refreshes on its own when an analysis completes.
  • The aquarium screen reloads when returning from the edit wizard, reflecting changes right away.
  • The stability score is now identical on every screen.
  • Legacy test kits show up by their brand name again.
  • General stability fixes and performance improvements.

The Community is here: explore other hobbyists' public aquariums in a highlights feed, like and save your favorites, browse public profiles with unlocked achievements, and publish your own aquarium for the world to see.

  • New Community: discover other hobbyists' public aquariums in a highlights feed and open each one to see the photos, health score, parameters, livestock, equipment and journal.
  • Like and save the aquariums you enjoy and visit public profiles with each hobbyist's bio, aquariums and unlocked achievements, in the app's language.
  • Publish your own aquarium to the Community and choose exactly what stays visible: parameters, livestock, equipment, maintenance and journal.
  • Automatic dosing (Premium): enable it on the supplement, pick one or more times per day and every dose lands in the journal with stock debited automatically, even with the app closed.
  • Reservoir alert: tell us how many days of stock remaining (or below which amount) you want to be warned at and get a notification before the supplement runs out.
  • An "Auto" badge in the inventory marks supplements with automatic dosing on, and automatic doses are labeled in the journal.
  • New "Completion date" field when completing a maintenance task: log today something you did yesterday (or earlier) and it lands on the right day in your history.
  • Recurring tasks completed with a past date compute the next occurrence from the day you actually did them, not the day you logged them.
  • The automatic journal entry and stock usage now follow the real completion date.

Improvements

  • Logging an already-done maintenance (log mode) now honors the chosen date and time instead of stamping the moment you saved it.
  • Lighter, more elegant launch, login and sign-up screens: soft light rays instead of the bubble particles.

Fixes

  • Fixed manual dose logging in the journal, which failed due to a permission restriction.
  • Fixed the "Could not update aquarium" error when saving edits to aquariums created on older app versions.
  • Fixed a crash when opening species with decimal values in lifespan fields.
  • The app language now syncs to our servers right on first launch, ensuring notifications arrive in the correct language.
  • Fixed a crash on app launch that affected some devices on the loading screen.
  • Fixed a rare crash while preparing ads on Android.
  • Much better species search: finds compound names ("stenopus shrimp") and ignores accents.
